Riccardo Memore was born in 1968 and began studying the violin under the guidance of Lucio Liviabella and then Edoardo Oddone. He completed a degree in violin performance at the G. Verdi Conservatory in 1990 and in viola performance by the same Conservatory in 1994. He continued his studies with M. Glezarova and Dora Schwarzberg. He was a member of the Ars Nova Musicae quintet and performed both in Italy and abroad. In 1991, the quintet was awarded the Sulmona chamber of music scholarship under the guidance of the Tchaikowsky Trio. He cooperates with various ensembles and has played with several orchestras such as the Turin RAI orchestra and “La Fenice” Theatre in Venice. Since 1996 he has been a member of the Carlo Felice Orchestra in Genoa.
